How to Request a Refund

Non-Refundable Services

Custom development work that has been approved and deployed, rush orders or expedited services, services where significant work has been completed based on approved mockups, and any work that has been publicly launched with your approval.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Partial refunds may apply depending on the extent of work completed and deliverables already provided.
